Re: what kind of music should I listen to when I am studying for the bar exam?

It is obviously an individualized thing, i liked to listen to music that was in between what you described--
i listened to a lot of counting crows, mat kearney, cranberries, and some classical. i can't focus when it is quiet either-- not that quiet because people are rustling, etc whether you are in a library or a coffee house, so the music helps, but you have to be able to listen and zone out at the same time-- i.e. if you are "hearing" the lyrics or worse, singing along, not a good idea.
