You should do as many as humanly possible. You don't have to do all of them, but practice makes perfect in bar exam world. I passed MA and I'm going to take Feb 08 NY! I think it's more important to practice essays and MBE questions than it is to sit there and read outlines. In fact, you will learn the law much better (for bar exam purposes of course) by practicing essay questions and MBE questions than you will by simply reviewing an outline, or making one from your bar exam course. Making outlines is important, but it's more important to actually practice. This way you learn the law the way they want you to write it on the bar exam!
