Regarding copyright, is it ok to sell those materials I bought from

Pmbr, Barpasser, bar secrets, flash cards, and audio CDs? I wanted to sell them on Ebay, but was confused by the concept of some companies framing the books as "leases" and prohibit sale of leased books....and the first sale exception where a person who rightfully bought it can transfer it once....just confused about how it applies to various companies since they might each have framed it differently in their contract provisions.
