Hi I am a foreign graduate intending to take the NY bar this July.
I bought the
BarBri materials and I'm preparing for the bar indepedently. However, I'm quite confuse as to the outline of the exam. Pls someone help on the following queries:
1. am I right in thinking that the exam is splitted into 3 main parts, ie New York, MBE, and MPRE?
2. the essay part, does it only cover New York? and the MBE multiplechoice?
3. I notice that Criminal procedure is under multistate, does this mean the New York State has no procedure of its own? I mean all States follow the same criminal procedure? how about criminal law (substantive law)?
