I am also a re-taker for the NY Exam. I have not taken a review class since 2004. I like many students have no money to retake a review class. I purchased BarOutlines for NY and think they are good but do not know when they were last updated.

I am wondering if there is any new law/revised law that is ripe for testing for Feb 2008. Also, other than professional ethics, is there anything else I should be looking at that may be tested more heavily than it was before?

Also, is passing still a 665? I know they always talk about raising the grade.
