no, certainly not. and i can't see any reason it ever would be.
Tested subjects are your MBE six plus Community Property, CA evidence, Prof. Resp. (CA and ABA model rules), Civ Pro. (FRCP and CA), Wills and Trusts, Biz. Associations.
