| Is this statement about law schools/legal professions in Iowa
Does anyone know if this is true??? I mean, I never go there b/c people are constantly bashing each other and are not really giving useful comments, but this comment sounds..although bitter... quite sincere Quote:

They only encourage, support and provide financial support for *******s, straight females, gays, and minorities. This place is hostile to anyone who doesn't fit into this "preferred" demographic. Further, they give support to failures in the profession (see the "instructors" like Nicholas Johnson [check him out, he hasn't had a real job or done anything of academic or professional significance in 40 years], someone who failed in life and the profession, but who think they're faculty and are owed some level of respect, but who are only "instructors") who retaliate against strong students capable of independent thought who refuse to cowtow to the losers they have teaching there.
Think again about going to this place. The administration is hostile to those who don't think like they do, the Career Services Office isn't interested in helping you connect with the job market, and they will do anything they can do railroad your efforts to obtain what you want from the experience. Go somewhere else. You'll be better off for making another choice.[/FONT]
