There is a chance that it might be true b/c MPRE is based on curve, and most first time takers take it in August. That means people are more likely to be unprepared. In March, more people are taking it after they failed it once and thus less people are unprepared. As you can imagine, the curve is thus easier in August... No stats to back it up.. my pure imagination.
