Re: How do I know if I have passed the California Bar Exam 2008???

You need to average around:
passing score on MBE (about 127 raw)
63 per essay to pass the exam

It's really hard to get anything above a 65 on an essay or a PT and that they only give 70's and above to people who have really out-performed. In order to get a 70 or above, you pretty much need to at least spot every single issue, and in order to get a high score, you need to get the rule right and use the same terminology as used in the 'official' statement of the rule. The upside to that is that you can still pass despite missing issues or misstating the rules.

Don't think about it too much really. What can you do now? Let yourself relax. Worst come worst you didn't pass. You still need to relax now so you are not burned out for the next round.

Good luck!
