I thought that was the best use of my time given my total lack of understanding of the 1st question and who knows about the MBE; it tends to be my strength but I walked out of there just being happy that the ordeal was over, not feeling confident that I did well.
For anyone who took the VA bar, I'm talking about the 1st essay (VA Civ Pro) that started out about the motion for reconsideration of a letter opinion. |
wasn't the first question something to do with VA court not having any authority to decide 21 days after the final judgment on merits? If the order is considered final judgment on the merits, then the later decision cannot take effect. I set my answer that way.
I screwed up the last essay question - the personal property question with a safe box. I answered it like a personal property question - gift needs donative intent, deliver and acceptance. but I couldn't discuss much further, except pulling stuff out of my ass.
