Re: MEE - do u have to state state specific rules?

If it's truly an MEE, you want to avoid state specific rules, as upnorthguy stated, they are meant to test general knowledge, or common law.

However, if your state just has essays, do not assume they are MEE (for instance, NY and MA, not MEE), because in those instances you will need state specific rules.
