Have you tried visiting seperac.com website. It gives you an up todate version on do and dont's. As for the Essay there are hot and cold topics. some questions like corporation, Criminal and torts frequently appear all the time. What I have done is revise the black letter law , barbri outline, and downloaded the past year exam questions on an MP3 player and listen to it all the time. The past year year questions are very helpful. i noticed that the way to answer the Essay questions are using the ILAC I-dentifying the issue, Stating the L-aw, A-pplying the Law and C-onclusion.
My worry is the MBE constitutional law questions which are confusing. i prractive the SOL software (passwrite) and also past year 2006 MBE exam question which you can subscribe from the NCBE website.
