The 6 MBE subjects are heavily tested on the MA bar exam. Usually 5/10 essay quesitons are based on the 6 MBE subjects.

Massachusetts Practice or Federal Jurisdictions, Wills or Trusts and Professional Responsibility, are also tested on almost every examination.

The UCC, Business Association (Partnerships, Agency, Corporations) and Domestic Relations, are the remaining subjects that are not tested as often.
