I would first outline, ALWAYS outline first. As you outline, keep the numbered questions in mind - maybe dividing up your outline like Dell v Doug, etc. Then, under each heading list the facts that might support a tort, or a contract breach, as well as defenses. Essentially you want to break down each issue, and tackle it separately.

This makes it less overwhelming for you, and also makes it easier to read for the bar examiner.
