Just wondering if you have checked out bar graders? I heard they only hire ex bar exam graders?
However, I don't think a good tutor has to have bar exam grading experience, b/c the method of grading is pretty available out there, and a good tutor just has to be willing to let you know what will be on the exam, how to absorb those info, and watch you practice the right way.
