nope, not heard about that but heard that attorneys are being outsourced
well, don't know much about the movement of revising bar exam, but I know that many attorneys are being outsourced to countries like India and places for doc review. Also, places like England is really protective of their local attorneys while the firms in the States are actually using anybody from any where, so while attorneys from other countries get more opportunities, we US attorneys will get less.
The good thing is, England has a conversion test (QLTT) that we can take, but they all have to take our bar exam.. so hey, although the passage rate in CA is so low, it simply means that many people who can't even speak English are failing... |
