| Is it true that you get easier grading from being the front of the pack?
I heard a rumor that you get easier grading from being the front of the pack b/c bar graders know you are a repeat taker and grade harder. Is there any truth to that? If so, should I go ahead and file the application even though I am not sure if I am going to take the Feb 2008 bar exam or not??
