I am a foreign attorney. My English writing is so bad and I have a limited time for learning how to write and preparation for the CA Bar Exam. What kind of live intensive courses/classes would you suggest me to take in my case? I'd like to try bar exam in summer 2011. I live in Agoura Hills, CA and my e-mails is nuzhnaya@yahoo.co.uk
    Thanks

I'm also a foreign trained attorney and the essay is also a problem to me. Not much with English writing but with the style. I come from a jurisdiction where the bar exams simply require a statement of the applicable law and a brief explanation on how it is applied to the case.
My question is that, is it always necessary to mention the possible defenses or position of the other side when you give your answer. It seems that the model answers always include a discussion of the opposite view even though the question did not expressly ask for it.
