If so, how are you tackling the essays? I didn't attend law school in Va so some of these topic are foreign.

Also, any essay topic are definitely going to be there?

Hi! I didn't attend law school in the US, so believe that all of this is VERY foreign for me.

I have a list compiled by BarBri of subjects which have appeared on the essay portion from 2004 to 2007. It's in order of the most frequent tested to the less frequent:

2. VA Civil Procedure
3. Equity
4. Criminal Law & Procedure
5. Sales
6. Domestic Relations
7. Ethics
8. Corporations
9. Federal Civil Procedure
10. Real Property/ Suretyship
11. Agency
12. Commercial Paper
13. Partnership
14. Personal Property
15. Local Government Law
16. Creditor’s Right
17. Secured Transactions
18. Conflicts of Law

20. Taxation

What are the essay predictions for Feb 2010 on the VA bar exam?

Does anyone have the essay topics tested on last year's bar exams?
