I have a friend (spouse) that graduated from law school but delayed taking and registering with Character and Fitness. Now my friend has bad credit from the foreclosure stuff. Will my friend ever be able to sit for the exam?

ya, foreclosure shows financial issues, but it does not really demonstrate any obvious "moral turpitude"

as long as your friend demonstrates that he is still a honest man, he has a strong chance of passing the character and fitness.

I had a friend who had a foreclosure on his record and had no problem (as far as he told me) with C&F.
