Does the NY specific area have practice questions? I do not need MBE work from BarOutlines, but do want to go to them for the NY areas. Any info would be much appreciated! Thank you, Schooll

BarOutlines.com provides NY state specific outlines and lectures which should help you in your preparation.

While we do include a NY state writing workshop, New York state bar does not license their previous essay questions for distribution so we are not able to make them available directly. That being said, you can find them online here:

Thanks for the response. Isn't your organization non-profit? Also, the questions are available on Seperac.com which I believe is a commercial site. What gives, eh?

I've reached out to the New York state Bar to inquire about whether their policy has changed and if so we will update our site to include the links directly for convenience.
