Thread: CA MBEs

  1.   CA MBEs #1
I am a CA repeat bar taker and need to find a way to increase my MBE score. I was hoping I can get some feedback whether using MicroMash and/or Adaptibar is good for this purpose OR any other? Has anyone tried the Premium Service (attorney explanation of answers) thru Adaptibar - is this helpful? Should I stick with book form? Please help.

Use a combination of PMBR and Bar/Bri Questions. Do 50 a day in one sitting, and write down the rule of law for every one that you get wrong and review those rules every weekend, and more often as it gets closer to the bar. I would do at least 4,000 questions.

Thanks again for your input and help.

I would also recommend having someone read your previous bar exam answers to give you feedback on what you're doing wrong. By the way, I'm not promoting myself, but I find that with repeaters, the essays are the bulk of the problem and you can't fix what you're doing wrong if you don't even know what you did wrong in the first place. Best of luck.

I was thinking about that but wasnt sure. Do tutors review all the essays or just 1 or 2? What is the cost to get that done? Thanks again.

Every tutor is different and costs are varied. There are many tutors who charge hourly. You can try googling "CA bar exam tutor" to see what you find.
