Thread: California Bar Most Frequentely Tested Subjects

Hey All -

I've been coming to this website a lot in the past month since I'm gearing up to take the July 2009 California Bar (fun times, I know). I know that I cannot study possibly everything to prepare myself for the Bar, but I have some question that I'm hoping the lovely people in this community can help me out with.

My first question is: What is the most frequently tested subjects on the California Bar?

I ask this question because as the time comes close to the test I can study longer and harder on those subjects since more than likely that subject is going to be tested more and therefore worth more. Hopefully someone knows this off hand or has a site that has the run down of the most questioned to the least.

My second question is: LECC or BarBri?

I know this has been asked a million times in these forums, but I'm about to drop $5000 on one or the other so if someone can tell me what they know about the class and the structure that would be awesome. FYI, I like to have a schedule of things to study (like Con Law on Day 1 and Torts on Day 2). I heard BarBri has like schedules of things to study, but I haven't heard anything about LECC except that a few people took BarBri the first time and failed and then passed after taking LECC.
