Thread: Did ARIZONA just add more subjects? (MEE subjects)

  1.   Did ARIZONA just add more subjects? (MEE subjects) #1
I just noticed on the baroutlines.com website that ARIZONA evidently added MORE subjects. Evidently, people must now know the MEE subjects. Does anybody know if this is true??

I don't even see this change reflected on the arizona bar exam homepage.

ANY info would be enormously appreciated.

    @barstudent:

Per the Arizona state bar exam website, the subjects which may be included on the Essay Examination for February 2010 are:

    Business Organizations (Agency, Corporations, Partnership)
Civil Procedure (Federal and Arizona State)
    Community Property
Constitutional Law (Federal and Arizona State)
    Contracts
    Criminal Law
    Criminal Procedure
    Evidence
    Professional Responsibilities
    Real property
    Torts
    Trusts
    Wills

That being said, several sources have identified Arizona as a jurisdiction that will using MEE questions on the exam:

    NCBE: http://www.ncbex.org/multistate-test...-using-the-mee

    Arizona State University: http://lawlibnews.blog.asu.edu/2009/...izona-bar-exam

Just to avoid any confusion, I've put in a request to Arizona State Bar for confirmation on MEE testing in 2010.

Until you hear otherwise, however, I would stick with what is being announced officially on the official AZ site.

I've also updated our site and materials to mirror theirs until I get confirmation one way or the other.
