I think law school is harder b/c you have to guess and relearn each professor's style. Bar exam is pretty straight forward.

I think the bar is harder. In law school, the professors directly hand you all the information you will need for the exams. There are fewer subjects to learn at once and they are subjects that you have been focusing on for an entire semester. On the other hand, Barbri/PMBR can tell you how the bar examiners tested before - but they do not necessarily have all the information need for THIS exam. Also, there are many more subjects to learn at once and a smaller amount of time to do so.

The Bar. Hands Down. Much more information to retain and apply.

I agree with this. If people understood how to study for the bar, it would be easier for them in my opinion!

I think law school exam is harder b/c you have to memorize the cases, majority, and minority rules of each subject.

The only thing that the bar exam may be more difficult is the length of the test. You have to, for example, ditinguish one subject from another on MBE.

For law school, you walk into the test knowing what subject you will be facing that day.

However, just memorizing black letter rules on the bar exam for me are more straightforward and thus easier.

I think the Bar exam is much more difficult. Law school exams are very predictable and you can just cram that one subject the days leading up to the exam. The Bar itself is very intensive and widespread with not much in the line of predicability. Now I have only just sat the exam in February and await my results but based on the study I put in to it, it is more difficult in my experience. If I pass with flying colours, then it might well be that I studied too much for it...I will be happy nonetheless if I pass it.
