The QLTT was not very tough to crack, but getting harder day by day, but you need minimum 2-3 months of study, depending for how many Heads you are appearing for. I being from India appeared only for the Head III and studied sincerly for around 40 days at the same time also took 1 day Revision Session conducted by the College of Law in UK.
    ALL THE BEST

    Dear All,

I recently joined this group and would be glad if you could give me suggestions, thoughts, advice, etc.

I have completed my LLB from GLC, Mumbai (5 year course) and then went on to do my LL.M. in US in George Washington University....i appeared for the NY Bar emam but didnt clear it.....currently i am in Dubai working with a really small law firm.....i just feel that having spent soooo much time and money over LLM has left me with actually nothing.....i am at a stage that i am unable to get a good job even though i completed both my bachelors and masters from good schools......i was contemplating abt writing the QLTT but dont know know the value added...please let me know if its a good idea....also would anybody know whether i would need to appear for all 4 heads or only 1 of them as i completed my LL.B. from india.

Thanks for the links, they are indeed very useful. Is there any way we can access past year exams? I am with onewstudies and I was given practice exams. However, they are apparently different from the actual exam.

For those interested, there is a facebook group on the QLTT. http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?...id=19205171722

I would like to point you all to a cost-effective solution for any one who takes the QLTT. You can buy QLTT books at Amazon.com that have been prepared by a QLTT tutor, and then sit the exam with any of the test provider. That can save you hunderd of pounds as the course materials offered by the UK providers are very expensive.

I have recently bought the books for Head III - Professional Conduct and Accounts and I am very happy.

    Good luck!

I just wanted to invite anyone studying for the QLTT to check out -- QLTT Exam--Study Group -- at Yahoo Groups. It's just a forum to share information about the exam and ask questions. It was started by someone studying for the QLTT.

    Thanks!

    Dear Reader,

I am Mr.atul vala from india at mumbai. i have made two attempts but failed. but i do hope that i will pass in the next attempt.

To my knowledge and experienced gained from the sitting so far, one has to be well prepared with the study material even though one can carry the same into the exam hall.

that part, it is not just copying the contents from the study material but how you apply the material to the exam questions that really counts. the paper is very rigourously preoared and checked with bit more rigorously too.and hence chances of passing are bit more difficult.

any way, i want to share with anyone wishing to go for qltt-uk test for monetary consideration,of course, can contact me at cell no.09223218982 or
    alternatively e-mail me at atulmvala@indiainfo.com.
