And told you cannot now take?

I registered to take the qltt in new york next week. I have spent more than $4000 in fees to qltt and the solicitors regulatory authority. I have devoted more than 100 hours to study. I bought an air ticket to nyc and placed hotel deposit for the 3 days of exams. And i was told 2 days ago that i can not take the exam because my certificate of eligibility from sra has not been processed, even though i submitted my certificate application before deadline issued by qltt. I feel totally ripped off.
