Conlaw - EP, speach, DCC

Crim/Crim Pro - usually a murder question, last Feb they threw in a Crim Pro
Contracts?
Torts - defamation/product liability

Low:
Wills/Trusts
Community Property

I am also taking the July NY exams and looking for tips

So far looking at past year trends, I can say Evidence (search) fruits of poison 5th amendement 6th amendment rights is for sure.

Anyone else has got any tips?

I have the same question for everyone. Does anyone know what will be the essays in July. since july 2007 and feb 2008 questions were a lot similar, I mean the topics, I was thinking maybe feb 2007 topics might be a gud chance. what do you guys think?

I personally think that Feb 2008 exam followed July 2007 predictions. As such does anyone have BarBri or Pieper predictions for Feb 2008?
