I am thinking about getting Paul Pfau 2 weeks before the bar exam (like around now) and just do a final review with him (or some other tutor if I can't book him)

Do you think it will be useful at all or do you think it will be a waste of time??

I do not know about last minute law tutor, but reading Bar Breaker by Jeff Adachi last minute was very helpful for me. After knowing the basic legal concepts that will be on the bar exam and go through Adachi's method was so helpful that it calmed me down and made me feel better!

    Hi Lolha,

It really depends what issues if you are having concerns about. If it is about MBE strategies, essays or PTs-- then perhaps. But if you just don't know enough black letter law, then you should buckle down and just put in the time-- that would be more efficient than a tutor. If you need memorization tactics or mnemonic advice just ask, I would be happy to throw out some ideas.

    :)

totally agree with cabartutor. If you already know the law but don't know how to put things together and how to pull yourself together during the exam, then I think a tutor will more than help. On the other hand, if you haven't even memorized all the basic rule statements, then a tutor is not enough. You need to memorize those black letter rules first
