I've just decided that I might go back to school for an LL.M. I just wanted to know if anyone knows how
competitive the programs admission processes are. I went to a 4th tier school and I would like to go to a higher ranked school for a taxation LL.M.

it's not as competitive as law school, but the "numbers" still play a big part. For example, many schools take your law school GPA into consideration. GRE is another number you need. Do well on those tests you have control and make your legal experience shine.
