I am wondering about the July 2007 MEE- did the NCBE create a represenative good/model answer? (Since there were MBE subjects in this instance)
I'll be taking the DC bar exam this February and am curious about the MEE as my home state used their own essay questions.
I know the six subjects the DC bar exam used in July 07 and I am looking for examples of the MEE answers. The BarBri book only includes MEE Q & A up through July 2006 (when there were no MBE topics in the MEE.) I haven't seen anything on the NCBE site/store for this.

I don't think the new ones have been published yet, but I think the general rule is you always learn the federal law first. Memorize the federal black letter rules, then try to squeeze in as many state specific stuff as possible for state-administered MEE subjects. For example:
The general is XXX. In DC, XXX
Good luck

I'm not sure how useful a post is that doesn't have anything related to my question...
I asked about MEE questions/answer examples, not what to write about.

For anyone else that checks out this thread:
As of about two weeks ago, the 2007 MEE questions/sample answers were available for purchase on the NCBE website.
