What about finance judgments or bankruptcy? Can I succeed the Moral Character Application if I have financial issues that I am clearing up after a divorce? Do I need to clear up the judgment and financial issues first? Category: CA - California Bar Exam |

Obviously the more you can have cleared up the better. That being said, as long as you have an explanation and it suggests no criminal intent you should be ok.
