Thread: Moral character and fitness to practice forms

Hello all

I have received these in the mail and have recently taken the July 09 exam. I have now misplaced them and in any event am away for a month with work.
When do these have to filled out and returned by at the latest?

I think you have about two years.

The sooner they are completed though, the sooner you are licensed to practice.
