Thread: mpre vs. bar

What happens if I pass the CA bar but failed the MPRE? CAn I pass a subsequent MPRE and be admitted still in CA? Info please. tnx

I would like answer my own question. I did pass the Cali bar and subsequently pass the MPRE. The only issue will be a delay,it took me a full month to take my oath after passing the MPRE. Hence, as long as you 1. pass the bar, 2. have a positive moral character determination ,3.and pass the MPRE... rest assured you will be admitted to practice in California.
