There are so many review materials, including Barbri, do not have all the rules updated. I just found out that I have been memorizing a wrong rule that Barbri messed up in NY contract. What should I do?

outdated material really isn't that bad
While you may lose a point or two if you cite an "incorrect" or “out-dated” rule, you will be fine overall as long as you apply the facts to the version of the rule that you know. The alternative,i.e., panicking and deciding not to talk about the issue at all because you can't remember the exact rule, will get you no points whatsoever. Rather than changing horses in midstream at this late date, stick with the source you're already working with and don't worry that your source is not perfect.
