Tania is the President and Founder of LawTutors, LLC and a Partner of the Law Firm Shah Law, LLC where she practices business law, litigation, landlord-tenant law and consumer protection.

Tania earned her Juris Doctor from Boston University Law School in May of 2000, where she was Executive Editor of the Journal of Science & Technology Law and a Finalist in the Honors Albers Moot Court Final competition. She was a Semifinalist in the National Moot Court Competition and Albers Moot Court Director and Judge. She was also President of the South Asian American Law Student Association. Ms. Shah is a High Honors graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. She was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Rhetoric, High Honors. She was the 1997 commencement Speaker at U.C. Berkeley College of Environmental Economics, and a 4-year Dean’s List and Scholarship recipient.

Tania is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and served on the Board of Directors as Section Counsel. Tania was also Co-Author of the Massachusetts Mock Trial Case Materials, 2002-2003 and Trial Attorney Coach, sponsored by MA Bar Association. Ms. Shah has also served as Mock Trial Attorney Coach and Faculty Trial Attorney Coach at Maimonides High School in Brookline, MA.

In addition to teaching with LawTutors, Ms. Shah is an adjunct professor at Southern New England School of Law, and teaches for Emanuel Bar Review. She also has a book on Massachusetts essay writing coming out in December 2008.
