 | Are there any guaranteed topics for NY bar essays?
I am having great trouble studying for the essays - the sheer volume is staggering and is giving me sleepless nights and difficulty concentrating when I am trying to study!! I have been concentrating on the MBE mainly but the essays are 40 % so quite a significant percentage.... I thought that domestic relations for example was a guaranteed question and that there would be some recurring subtopics within that subject, but upon much time consuming investigations this however does not seem to be the case...as I have come across a few papers with no questions on domestic relations at all. Does anyone know how to efficiently get through this section of the exam? Any guaranteed topics, subtopics? |
