    Hi,

    I am sitting this in August. What is the passing rate? I know it's 86 for NYC but is this 86% or is it a scaled 86 and if it is a scaled 86, what does it equate to in terms of an actual percentage?

    Trying to figure out if I would get the 86 scaled mark from my simulated MPRE practice exam on the NYBEX. Although I do recognise this is not a good gauge to go by but nonetheless it seems like the only one out there.

    Your advice is greatly appreciated.
