No, I do not want to pay for BarBri's Essay Advantage, and yes, I did study all subjects and practiced over 100 MBE questions. I would like to know what you guys use to refresh your memory/reinforce your knowledge etc. two weeks before the bar exam.

Thanks

What state bar exam are you taking?

This is what I am using, but since I haven't passed it yet either, can't really tell you how useful it is. So far it feels right ... good luck

Re: what should I do 2 weeks before the bar exam?

over 100 MBEs is really low. You should be banging out ALOT more of those over the next 2 weeks, and as the poster lawm lays out, you should be doing many practice essays and PTs. Luckily you still have time to do many more MBEs and essays and several PTS. So get started asap. That is the key to keeping your mind in "black letter mode" and being prepared to pull the knowledge out when you need it on the essays.

Most students fail because they spend too much time reading outlines or re-writing outlines, etc. and not doing MBEs and practice essays and PTs. Take this message as a warning, and an opportunity since you still have 2 weeks or so.

Re: what should I do 2 weeks before the bar exam?

Spend 60% of your study time each day doing practice essays and multiple choice questions. Spend the other 40% making sure you understand the law based on your notes and based on the practice essays and multiple choice questions. Most importantly, stay calm. Performance on the bar has so much to do with psychology. You want to stay calm so that your brain will function optimally and will have full ability to recall fact patters you examined weeks ago.

Two days before the bar exam, spend 80% doing practice exams and 20% reviewing your notes.

The day before the bar exam, spend 90% reviewing your notes. Quickly outline answers to a couple of essays and do about 15 multiple choice questions just to stay in shape.

Some people prefer to not study the day before the bar exam. My thinking is that it's an extra day to study to pull the information together. For example, atheletes practice the day before a race to make sure that their bodies stay in performance mode. Same thing with the brain I guess.

Oh yeah, try going to bed early because you may be too nervous to fall asleep the minute your head hits the pillow.
