If you are choosing between different bar review courses, I would recommend Barbri and Rigo's. Barbri is more standard, and Rigo's is good for those who will utilize their essay practice/feedback program.

If you are choosing between commercial outlines, then I would recommend baroutines.com

you should sign up for something and start preparing before November 15 to be safe

It looks like the exact dates haven't been posted yet. Generally, the Bar exam, for any state, is held the last week in Feb and the last week in July. It's always a Tues/Wed/Thurs schedule. I'd plan on being busy all of Feb to study anyway, and just keep checking the website for changes.
