Overview

Whiney Roberts is Former Bar Grader of California Bar Exam. She provides tutor services, classes and writes her own materials. She is also the founder of The Bar Code.

However, as of Winter 2008, Whitney Robert's site will be doing maintanance and updates and will not be offering classes, workshops or private bar exam tutorials for the February 2009 Bar Exam.

The Bar Code was founded by former California Bar Exam grader and adjunct law professor, Whitney Roberts. It began in late 2003 as a private tutorial program exclusively for repeat-takers of the California Bar Exam. Today, The Bar Code offers workshops, small classes, private customized tutorials and publications designed for first-time, repeat and out-of-state takers of the California, Arizona, Nevada and New York Bar Exams.

Each year, The Bar Code donates five writing program scholarships to students in the Sacramento area unable to pay for bar review services. In 2006, the scholarships were awarded to local students committed to using their law degree for public service. In 2007, the scholarships were donated to the Sacramento, California affiliate of the Wiley Manuel Bar Association, the oldest and largest African American Bar Association. In 2008, the scholarships will be awarded to the UC Davis School of Law La Raza Law Student Association.
