![]() | Anyway in Hell...???? Graduated law school two years ago and immediately got a job doing policy work at FERC where I had interned. I just moved back to Maine at the beginning of December due to a divorce. I immediately registered for the Bar Exam, but... due to working three jobs (seriously) to get back on my feet, pay the loans, pay the divorce attorney, etc., I haven't studied...at...friggin...all. Is there any chance in hell that I'll pass this exam tomorrow? If not, I'm wondering if it is still worth taking it to get the practice since I already paid the money or should I just focus on doing it in July? Category: ME - Maine Bar Exam |

![]() | You should take it in July 2008 then If you really did not study (and are not just panicking) then you should take it in July 2008, and study it this time. In Maine, you can do that with an extra 100 dollars. According to MBBE, Quote:

![]() | Re: Anyway in Hell...???? You aren't alone. Many before you have 'been there, done that!' -- too bad real life & obligations interfere with bar exam studies! ;) My 2 cents: IMHO, go ahead an sit through it tomorrow, it's a good exercise in focus, attention, discipline, and you won't be intimidated when you do it again in July. You'll know EXACTLY what to expect, how the environment feels, what the test looks like, etc. Best wishes! Keep us posted! |
