back to back issues

Anyone know if examiners hit issues back to back on exams? Not subjects - certainly they do that, e.g., Property then Property - but issues, e.g., Landlord/Tenent then Landlord/Tenent again on next exam. Not looking to pass up issues from last exam, more out of curiosity.

Re: back to back issues

Yes. Compare the following from July 06 and Feb 07:
- con law (commercial speech generally, different tests to apply)
- corps (duty of care/loyalty)
- wills (DRR, probably more but i can't remember)
- PR (duty of loyalty)
