This is a Question on "Do bar graders actually take points off your essay if you misstate law???"; I was wondering if the bar graders would actually take points off your bar exam if you misstate laws?...

I was wondering if the bar graders would actually take points off your bar exam if you misstate laws?

no, as long as you address your issues right, they will give you the points you need. They only take points off when you didn't address the issues you should be addressing. The reason you don't want to just write everything is that you won't have enough time. Most likely you will only have time to address only the write issues...
