Feb 2008 Bar Exam takers, how did you do??

Hey guys!! Congrats for finishing your exams. Please share your afterthoughts... how you did, what's on the exam (if you remember)

I am interested in hearing from anybody, but am particularly interested in hearing from those who just took the Texas bar exam, Michigan Bar Exam, and Alabama bar exam.

Thanks in advance! Enjoy your life without bar exam!

HA! Count me as one of those people Brookny! But I have a good reason, I swear! I didn't answer one of the essay questions. I couldn't even fake an answer and I can usually write something even if it makes no sense at all. It brings me slight comfort that no one I have spoken to knows exactly what was going on in the question. Oh well, I answered the other questions fully. I thought that was the best use of my time given my total lack of understanding of the 1st question and who knows about the MBE; it tends to be my strength but I walked out of there just being happy that the ordeal was over, not feeling confident that I did well.

For anyone who took the VA bar, I'm talking about the 1st essay (VA Civ Pro) that started out about the motion for reconsideration of a letter opinion.

wasn't the first question something to do with VA court not having any authority to decide 21 days after the final judgment on merits? If the order is considered final judgment on the merits, then the later decision cannot take effect. I set my answer that way.

I screwed up the last essay question - the personal property question with a safe box. I answered it like a personal property question - gift needs donative intent, deliver and acceptance. but I couldn't discuss much further, except pulling stuff out of my ass.

I took the Alabama bar last month and I feel very confident about my performance. I was scared initially, but once I got in there, I settled down some. But all this waiting is driving me CRAZY!

I took the Michigan Bar Exam, and I don't know how to feel! I thought I knew all the answers and put it down accordingly, but then when I was chatting with my friend, I don't seem to remember the details and am still not sure who is right and who is wrong.

Hey, I'm concerned about essays 11 (landlord/tenant) and 15 (torts/no fault/gov't immunity) what did you write on those?
