Yes...I've seen these study guides. I was hoping someone who took the exam in Feb would provide feedback on the subjects tested. Anyone out there know what subjects the examiners tested in Feb. 2008?

Florida subjects tested on Feb 2008 3 essays: Trust (mean was 41), FL Con Law (mean was 51) , and Contracts (mean was 53) People did not expect trust, so it was the lowest. It's not a very common essay if you look at the past questions. 3 multiple: Fl Civil/Crim Procedure, Fl Evidence, Fl Wills These are pretty common subjects for multiple choice |
