Is on-line law school a joke? Is anyone going to hire me if I have been a paralegal and now am thinking about enrolling in an on-line law school? What is the passage rate for paralegals turned law school student?

as long as you have a good attitude I guess...
The paralegals I know are crippled because the practice is so different. I know a law clerk, who scored a 75 on the PT's, but it doesn't help his exams at all.

Plus a lot of paralegals have an attitude. I notice they flunk out of law school commonly.

I think so~~ Check out that on-line law school. Better pass rates than the CA accredited and unaccredited schools by far and competitive (and better) than several of the so called ABA schools.

"I've never seen any statistics on the paralegal pass rate; just my own observations over the years. One of my contract attorneys worked as a paralegal at a small firm for some eight years before deciding to enroll at an on-line law school. Those schools generally have horrible
pass rates, but she passed on her first attempt, and attributes it to her legal background. I don't think it helps much with knowing the law (other than civil procedure), but paralegal experience should help with the performance tests and overall writing."
