on USPTO's site, they give out past exam questions and answers. Practicing all of those and understanding all of those will allow you to pass the bar. on the other hand, a full review course is also available through BarBri and other review courses.

my friend just passed the patent bar exam by using one of those old practice books. I heard that it's hard, but if you can just sit down and practice the whole BarBri book, then most likely you will pass. Good luck with everything!
