If NY, Then D.C.?

If I take the NY Bar, then am I still required to take the D.C. bar as well? Anyone know this one for certain?

If you pass NY and get a 133 or higher on the MBE, you can waive into DC (as long as your MBE score is within two years of waive in application and you meet C&F).
You can even fail the NY bar and use your MBE score - if you get a 133 or higher, you can use that and just write the DC essays (133 or higher on them) to be admitted in DC.

Omigosh! That's awesome. Not that I'm planning not to pass, but it adds a little less stress knowing that beforehand. I'll look for a link online now! Best- Ian
