Indian Law and the 2008 New York Bar Exam

Given this question appeared on the July 2007 exam, I would think so but neither the state web site or BarBri seem to indicate that it is being tested on for Feb or July 08.

That question is from MPT. Yes, it is about Indian Law, but because you are provided with all the relevant laws and regulations, you don't really have to study the Indian law. However, getting familiar with it before you walk in will make the research a lot easier. On the other hand, you should focus on your approach to MPT, like how to research, take notes, and draft a good answer without having to study for it.
